People who chants Hanuman chalisa several times is beneficial while doing vocal improvement practices.
ॐ श्री हनुमते नमः
The word 'ॐ ' (om) have contained tremendous positive energy which can be achieved through vocalizing it several time. This is known as purest word in the world and widely used in all hindu mythologies. In meditation also people use this word because it could provide us peace in brain as well as energy to the whole body.
It was mentioned on the mythology that Once shri hanuman ji travels to the space to eat sun. In chalisa, there was mentioned the distance between earth to sun before the real world science was successfully measured the accurate distance. It was also said that new science developed this distance measurement through Chalisa or mythology, but I am not sure and don't believe actually its because of trust in science also.
In hanuman Chalisa, Shri Tulasi Das ji wrote the line
जुग सहस्त्र जोजन पर भानू।
लील्यो ताहि मधुर फल जानू।।
जुग means Yug ( Age period) that contained 4 yug totally each Yug have its time period.
Satya yug(4800 years), Treta yug ( 3600 years), Dvapara yug ( 2400 years), Kali yug( 1200 years)
In sum total, Yug have total 12000 years as a whole.
सहस्त्र (sahastra) is a vedic measure to count data which have value 1000 units
जोजन ( yojan) means length value which have value 1 mile. ( 1 mile = 1.6 km)
भानू means sun
If we multiply these three factors we can get the value of distance between sun and earth.
जुगx सहस्त्र x जोजन = 12,000 x 1,000 x 8 miles = 96,000,000 miles
Where 1 mile = 1.6 Kilometers
96,000,000 miles x 1.6 kilometers = 153,600,000 Kilometers to Sun.
