Ram was in Mahabharata war, then?

God Ram chandra was peaceful and straightforward in nature as depicted in Ramayana. But Krishna was strategic person that he can fit the situation in a right equation and handle it.

In Mahabharata war, Pandavas were extremely weaker than Kauravas due to the lack of warriors. The great warriors like Bhisma Pitamah, Guru Dronacharya, Karna, Ashwathma along with many more combatants were there in Kauravs against Pandavas. Bhisma Pitamah had a blessed to live as long as he wanted, by his father Shantanu. No one could defeat him. Guru Dronacharya were also almost impossible to kill easily. In the side of Pandavas, there were few warriors where 5 Pandav's son who were leading the group. Lord Krishna and Hanuman were vowed not to fight in the war. Arjuna followed the idea given by Krishna, so Pandavas got chance to win the war.

If Ram was there in spite of Krishna, he couldn't win the war undoubtedly. The main reason behind this is lack of plan of action and tactics. Ram, himself was the portrayal of Geeta principles. He was always an adherent of truth and dharma.

Maryaada Purushottam Ram never lied to anyone and never cheated to anyone. Lord krishna had cheated to warriors of other side during the battle only for preserving Dharma(immorals). Pandavas couldn't win it if lord Krishna didn't cheat there. If Ram was there, the team will surely defeated the match.
